When we set out to make great games with massive online communities, we knew that we first had to create the ideal environment for building ambitious things. A place where brilliant and inspiring people could come together and build games that make millions of players happy. We realized that we needed to find incredibly talented people and get out of their way. Since then we've paid careful attention to how we like to work together. Hiring Process

We aim to hire people who share our values, believe in building communities and can add to our culture. We understand that there's no such thing as a perfect interview process; however, the team's decision to hire must be unanimous. The strongest teams are formed when people get to choose who they work with.

What to expect when you apply

Review
Our People Team reviews every application that comes in for an open role. We aim to get back to all candidates whether or not we move forward. Rest assured your application has not gone into the abyss.
Screen
If we think you may be a great addition to the team we’ll invite you for a phone screen. We want to get to know you better, tell you more about the role you are applying for and answer any questions you have. It’s a conversation and a pretty fun one at that.
Task
Depending on the role, the next step is either a technical screen or a take-home assignment. This is a great way to test the skills you can bring to the role in a different way than we can test for in an interview. Don’t be surprised if you really like this step; in fact, that’s a good sign.
Interview
The final step is a set of deeper interviews with a few different team members over video calls. We ask a range of questions about your technical skills, your values and how you work with teams and managers. You’ll get to meet some of the people that you could be working with, and have a chance to ask them questions. Let's be honest: we know that you are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you.
Decision
We respect your time and appreciate your investment in our process and always aim to make decisions quickly. We’ll let you know if we’d like to make you an offer as soon as we can.

Software Engineer Co-op/Intern (Sep-Dec 2025)

As a Software Development Engineer Co-op, you will be helping build our live mobile games, including Single City, Kingdoms of Heckfire, and Party in my Dorm, as well as the tools and infrastructure needed to run these massively multiplayer online experiences.

Game Data Analyst

As a Game Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in this ecosystem—uncovering insights, shaping product strategy, and optimizing the performance of our mobile games. Through advanced analytics and collaborative problem-solving, you’ll help enhance the player experience and drive the continued success
